Working collaboratively across all ITSI departments, we tailor each home to its residents’ unique needs.We thoughtfully select every element to support therapeutic goals, including calming colour palettes, personalized layouts, quiet spaces for reflection, and accessible design features. We encourage family members to stay overnight when needed, as this helps maintain strong connections and ensures continuity in care.

Small, Supportive Living

Each Imagine home houses no more than two individuals. This small-scale model fosters calm, consistency, and meaningful relationships. It’s an environment where personal growth can thrive.

Just ask Julianne and Danielle of our Operations Department. This team turns big ideas into reality.

From sourcing thousands of sensory-friendly items to coordinating with contractors across regions, they ensure every home is safe, welcoming, and built to the Imagine Standard.

Working hand-in-hand with our Clinical team, Operations brings programs from paper to practice. They’re also proud supporters of Canadian businesses, partnering with local suppliers to get the right materials into the right hands.

Every week, our Operations Team meets with the CEO, COO, and other departments to stay ahead of Imagine’s evolving needs. Ensuring every home, from the roof to the ball, pit to the floor, reflects our commitment to excellence.
