Meet Our Clinical Department
Kayla Raaflaub
Director of Clinical Services
Kayla is a seasoned professional with a lifelong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities. Her experience spans direct behavioural intervention, training, and curriculum development, including her role as a Developmental Services Practitioner at HandsTheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca
A natural leader, Kayla has contributed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and Behaviour Support Plan reviews. Passionate about sexual behaviour analysis, she works to close service gaps and promote equity and self-advocacy. Her dedication continues to shape Imagine’s mission and impact.
Sarah Walsh-Burse
Senior Director of Member Care
Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a strong background in child welfare. Her early work in northern Ontario communities, including Moosonee, shaped her commitment to fairness and advocacy.
Since joining Imagine in 2019, Sarah has helped grow the organization from one program to over thirty, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence. Known for her expertise and dedication, she strives to create endless possibilities for members around support and exceptional care.
